Turkish Recipe! Turkish Eggplant Dish

Karniyarik actually signifies "split tummy" in Turkish. This Turkish eggplant dish is one of the great cooking styles in Turkey. The blend of the zesty ground meat and velvety eggplant is very irresistible. Its one of my preferred dishes growing up. I recall my mother making this dish consistently. I can in any case smell the cooking of the eggplant and flavors originating from her kitchen. It makes me somewhat nostalgic simply considering it.

I didn't endeavor to make this dish for a considerable length of time, thinking it was an unthinkable accomplishment. That is to say, who can beat mother's cooking, correct? In the wake of being all alone for such a long time, I was truly needing this dish. At some point, I chose to take it on. In spite of the fact that it was tedious, it was well justified, despite all the trouble!

On the off chance that you are searching for a fascinating eggplant formula, this is the one to attempt!

To Serve:

This Turkish eggplant dish (Karniyarik) is so rich, you don't require a blade! All you need is a fork and some hard bread for plunging. The eggplant appears to simply liquefy in your mouth and the flavors give it the perfect measure of kick. I get eager simply pondering it! It's generally served hot with no guarantees or its combined with rice or a solid side plate of mixed greens.

I for the most part serve this dish with Turkish rice. I have an extraordinary formula on my site of how to make Turkish rice with toasted fideos. It goes extraordinary with this formula!
